MCC Constantia APAC KAM

Responsibilities:

  • Define APAC strategy for MCC/CONSTANTIA and elaborate site strategy with Local GM

  • Ensure key contact to MCC/CONSTANTIA local GMs

  • Assure internal and external communication on MCC/CONSTANTIA APAC regional activities

  • Facilitate liaison with PDL, Product Management and Central technical organisation to ensure on-time and cost effective product development

  • Work closely with the FG KAM Technical manager

  • Coordinate with Regional KAM Manger and Global MCC/CONSTANTIA coordinator the APAC Long-term agreement and ensure implementation

  • Be an active member of the Global MCC/CONSTANTIA team

 

Deliverables:

Top Line Growth

  • Validate Action plans per targeted winning sites

  • Coordinate Local agreements

  • Review and validate RFCC

  • Validate yearly rebates and ensure on time payment

  • Build Yearly Budget, 3year Plan, Quarterly Forecast for MCC/CONSTANTIA APAC together with local FG GMs

  • Organise quarterly business review meeting with MCC/CONSTANTIA

  • Monthly APAC Business review with local GMs and Technical Manager

  • Business Report including Sales& Margin Analysis, Stock rotation, costs control and corrective actions, including KPI and Score Card management

Margin Management

  • Price increase (Define and Implement)

  • Cost Optimisation: set priorities per targeted site with FG GMs

People & Leadership:

  • Assist in recruiting FG APAC team members for MCC/CONSTANTIA

Member of the Global MCC/CONSTANTIA team

 

Requirements:

Education: University Degree (Sales Management)

Minimum Experience: 10 years Sales Management experience in B-to-B specialty business
