Flint Group Digital Xeikon to demonstrate three routes to digital label growth at LOUPE Americas 2026

At LOUPE Americas 2026, Flint Group Digital Xeikon will present a solutions-led digital label portfolio built around live demonstrations of three technologies: the Xeikon TX500 with TITON dry toner technology, the Xeikon PX3300HD UV inkjet press, and Ecolyne, the company’s industrial entry-level solution for digital label production. Together, these demonstrations will show how converters and printers can select the digital path that fits their end-use application, run length and budget.

The company’s presence at LOUPE comes at a time when the North American label market is being reshaped by shorter runs, faster turnaround expectations, sustainability requirements and the need for smarter, more automated production. In that environment, Flint Group Digital Xeikon is positioning itself as a strong partner for customers seeking practical digital growth, combining proven dry toner and UV inkjet technologies with application expertise, service and long-term partnership.

On booth 5821, visitors will see how the Xeikon TX500 with TITON technology helps converters produce food-safe, durable labels that resist heat, solvents and scratches without the need for additional varnish or lamination. With the addition of digital metallization capability, the solution also demonstrates how premium shelf impact can be achieved in a more flexible, digital workflow for high-value applications such as wine and spirits, premium consumer packaging and other standout label segments.

Flint Group Digital Xeikon will also showcase the Xeikon PX3300HD, its 1200 dpi UV inkjet platform. With speeds up to 70 m/min (229 ft/min), the press delivers five-color CMYK-plus-white output, durable print quality and industrial productivity, all within a compact footprint.

For companies entering digital label production, Flint Group Digital Xeikon will spotlight Ecolyne as the most accessible route into industrial label printing. Ecolyne combines proven Xeikon print quality, food-safe toner capability and operational simplicity with a flexible commercial model that lowers the barrier to adoption. Ecolyne’s flexible, capacity-based approach gives commercial printers and converters a low-risk way to add industrial label capability without overcommitting capital from day one.

“Converters do not need to start with a technology preference; they need to start with the applications they want to win, the service levels they need to deliver and the business model that makes sense for their growth,” said Ser van de Graaf, Sales & Marketing Director, Flint Group Digital Xeikon North America. “At LOUPE, we want to show our ability to support customers with the right digital label solution for where they are today and where they want to go next.”

Beyond the live demonstrations, Flint Group Digital Xeikon will also participate in The Label Trail, a collaborative guided experience at LOUPE Americas that brings together industry partners across the full label production journey. The initiative highlights how automation, sustainability, carbon measurement, and smart packaging can be combined within a connected production ecosystem, reinforcing Flint Group Digital Xeikon’s role not only as a technology provider but also as a partner in broader workflow innovation. The booth will also bring the wider label production ecosystem to life through application-focused collaborations with key industry partners. Working with UPM, Avery Dennison, Green Bay Packaging and Flexcon, Flint Group Digital Xeikon will highlight emerging trends in sustainable materials and the growing need for new label material solutions. In embellishment, Xeikon and KURZ will demonstrate how the TX500 and KURZ R520 bring digital printing and metallization together inline, enabling fine-detail metallic decoration in a single efficient pass while eliminating separate embellishment steps and re-registration. Visitors will also be able to explore different paths to the finished product, including digital finishing solutions from DPR Labelling and Brotech, as well as conventional finishing technology from GM, demonstrating the flexibility to build an end-to-end workflow around the requirements of each application.

Visitors to LOUPE Americas 2026 can meet Flint Group Digital Xeikon on Booth 5821 of its parent company, Flint Group Packaging Solutions (FGPS), where visitors will also be able to explore solutions from other parts of the portfolio, including the Narrow Web business. This joint presence underlines Flint Group Packaging Solutions’ strength as an integrated partner to the label and packaging industry.
