Flint Group Web Offset strengthens presence across the Americas with strategic manufacturing investment

Flint Group Web Offset has reaffirmed its commitment to the Americas with a significant investment in its manufacturing facility in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.

The Elizabethtown plant has been firmly established as the operational hub of Flint Group Web Offset’s operations across North America, Latin America and the Caribbean. Formerly focused on pigment and colorant production, the facility is now fully aligned with Flint Group’s Web Offset business, supporting a more agile, customer-focused ink manufacturing operation.

A $750,000 investment in varnish manufacturing capabilities has enabled the site to advance its technology offering, supporting the redevelopment of ink systems in line with Flint Group Web Offset’s market-leading European heatset portfolio. This includes establishing the 5600 series as a core product range.

Alongside these technical advancements, Flint Group Web Offset has strengthened its route-to-market strategy, expanding and restructuring its commercial team to deliver a more technically led approach for customers across the region.

The evolution of the Elizabethtown site reflects a broader strategic repositioning of Flint Group Web Offset as a dedicated business unit within Flint Group.
