Sustainability is a central part of Flint Group's core values (ACTS).

We aspire to be recognised by our customers, employees and shareholders as an ethical company, supplying sustainable products and services to the Packaging and Printing industry. This vision supports long-term value creation and growth for our customers, shareholders and employees.

Every day our people and teams are committed to improving the health, safety and well-being of our employees; whilst a continuous improvement culture and a commitment to innovation, helps to reduce our environmental footprint. Making progress on our sustainability journey would not be possible without the hard work, creativity and dedication of our 5,000 employees.

We have maintained a strong focus on building and consolidating our sustainability culture. We have taken some important steps to reduce our environmental footprint, and work with trusted suppliers who adhere to our high standards and uphold rigorous human rights and environmental standards.

PRISM Flint Groups 2030 sustainability Vision

As we continue to evolve our sustainable business strategy, we have introduced PRISM, Our sustainability strategy. Three pillars that represent the environmental, social and governance (ESG) areas in which we can make the biggest positive impact.

Each pillar has a clearly defined ambition with supporting KPI’s, that reflect the alignment between our corporate strategy and our sustainability strategy.

Underpinning our three pillars is a clear action plan, a strong innovation culture and a range of effective policies to ensure we achieve our ambitions.

 Working in partnership

We can’t deliver our ambitions on sustainable inks and packaging alone, we need to work with customers and wider stakeholders such as industry associations, to address the wider ecosystem in which we operate. We work collaboratively with customers to address their sustainability challenges. We also work with a small number of associations, such a CEFLEX to help drive our ambition on the circular economy.
